Jacob believes that strategy is underpinned by data and customer orientation. He is passionate about informing marketing strategy through the generation of actionable insight and revealing the ‘so what’ behind the data. He is all about helping brands be the best they can be for themselves and, more importantly, their customers.
Before joining Direction First – InSites Consulting, Jacob spent 2 years evolving his critical research and account management skills in quantitative and qualitative research projects. Over this time, he has worked with a variety of iconic Australian and global brands across many categories including financial services, insurance, airlines and entertainment. Jacob brings sound brand and comms tracking, and qualitative moderation experience to the table to help support a holistic research approach.
Jacob holds a double Business/Commerce degree with distinction from the University of Newcastle, Australia, majoring in marketing, international business and economics.
